Audit and assurance in Toronto and the GTA
Review engagements, audit preparation and assurance support for businesses and organizations.

How we help
Banks, investors, funders and regulators sometimes ask for financial statements with independent assurance. We help you understand which level you need and get you ready to provide it.
We handle review engagements and work with you to prepare the schedules, reconciliations and documentation that an audit requires, so the process is smooth and the cost stays under control.
We also help organizations improve internal controls before an assurance engagement begins.

Audit and assurance FAQ
Answers to common questions in Ontario.
When does a business need an audit?
Only when required by law, a lender, an investor, a grant agreement or governing documents. Many small businesses need only a compilation or a review.
What does a review engagement involve?
A review provides limited assurance through inquiry, analytical procedures and discussion with management. It costs less than an audit and is widely accepted by banks and other stakeholders.
How can I prepare for an audit?
Keep your books current, reconcile all accounts and keep supporting documents organized. We prepare the schedules an auditor will ask for.
How much do audit and assurance services cost?
Fees depend on the scope and complexity of your situation. After a free consultation we give you a clear quote before any work begins.
Do you provide audit and assurance outside Toronto?
Yes. We serve Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Oakville and the wider GTA, and we work with clients across Canada by phone, video and secure online document sharing. Call (647) 527-4970 to get started.
