How we help

Paying people involves more rules than most owners expect. We run your payroll, calculate CPP, EI and income tax, and remit to the CRA on time so you can focus on your team.

We set up your payroll account, process pay runs weekly, bi-weekly or monthly and provide payslips. At year-end we prepare and file T4 and T4A slips, and when someone leaves we issue the Record of Employment.

We also answer questions about vacation pay, statutory holidays, WSIB and Ontario's Employer Health Tax.

Payroll services FAQ

Answers to common questions in Ontario.

When are T4 slips due?

T4 and T4A slips must be filed and given to employees by the last day of February following the calendar year.

How often do I remit payroll deductions?

It depends on your average monthly withholding. Many small employers remit monthly, and larger ones remit more often. Late remittances attract penalties, so we track your due dates.

Do I need payroll if I am the only employee of my corporation?

If you pay yourself a salary, yes. You need a payroll account and must remit source deductions. If you take only dividends, you do not, and we can help you decide which approach makes sense.

How much do payroll services services cost?

Fees depend on the scope and complexity of your situation. After a free consultation we give you a clear quote before any work begins.

Do you provide payroll services outside Toronto?

Yes. We serve Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Oakville and the wider GTA, and we work with clients across Canada by phone, video and secure online document sharing. Call (647) 527-4970 to get started.
